The HEROtsc Management Team comprises directors who bring a wealth of experience from a variety of industry sectors. As a management group, the team is characterised with board level experience of running successful businesses within the requirements of corporate governance and shareholder demands. This experience has been acquired from global responsibilities and working within multi-lingual environments.
Their industry experience includes: Internet service provision, Fixed line and mobile telecoms, Utilities - gas and water, Financial services sector, Acquisitions and Disposals, Corporate audit, Systems integration & Manufacturing.
David Turner - Chief Executive Officer
David brings to HEROtsc wide ranging experience at the leading edge of customer contact management. Prior to joining HEROtsc David was the Executive Director for Trinity Horne Consulting where he was closely involved in developing performance improvement solutions for blue-chip businesses that included large outsourcers and public sector organisations.
Dean Hartley - Chief Financial Officer
Dean joined HEROtsc in April 2003, having spent nine years with RSM Robson Rhodes, a Chartered Accountancy firm. For the three years prior to joining HEROtsc, Dean was a Senior Finance Corporate Manager, advising predominantly on acquisitions and disposals of businesses.
Andy Doig - Chief Operating Officer
Prior to joining HEROtsc Andy was Head of Outsourcing for Sky, responsible for managing Sky's outsourced customer service, technical support, provisioning and back-office service operations via a multi-partner, global outsourced estate. Before Sky, Andy spent three years as Director of Strategic Accounts at ClientLogic (now Sitel). Andy was previously at BT where he held a number of senior positions, including Director Customer Service UK for BT Global Services and Head of Business Transformation BT Small and Medium Enterprises.
Harry Hogg - Commercial & Human Resource Director
Harry has worked within the customer management and business process outsourcing sector since 1997. He joined HEROtsc in March 2002 as Head of Sales and Client Services before becoming Sales Director. He was subsequently appointed Commercial Director before adding the responsibility for the leadership and development of Human Resources in the business. Previous to HEROtsc Harry spent five years working in the CRM and Outsourced Customer Management markets and seven years working in Structured Technology Finance. He has held management positions at Thus Contact Centre Services as Head of Sales & Marketing, BT plc, and SG Warburg Group.
Niall Gallacher - IT Director
Niall delivers a wealth of contact centre implementation experience to HEROtsc, having built over 20 contact centres throughout Europe in the past decade. With a background in systems integration and consultancy Niall has successfully implemented many highly complex projects involving CRM, CTI and ACD technologies applied to multi-lingual and multi-media contact centres. Prior to joining HEROtsc, Niall held senior positions in Thus and Unisys as well as running a consultancy business.
Jane Grey - Operations Director
Janes operating skill, passion and enthusiasm for exemplary customer experience has served her well in her role as Operations Director. This is as a result of working for organisations which include FirstDirect, BSkyB and Vodafone, with award winning results. Her experience spans multiple service disciplines including Sales and Marketing, Customer Service and Collections.
Abhishek Verma - Global Strategy Director
Abhishek takes care of Global Strategy & Marketing, for HEROtsc. He is a thoroughbred senior management professional, with over 16yr of distinguished performance & experience in BPO, IT Services & BFSI industry with global majors such as Hewlett- Packard, HCL Technologies & Kotak Bank, across functions like Strategy, Marketing, Operations & CRM. Abhishek is a visionary business leader, with exceptional result orientation and abilities in forging business partnerships in market, lead cross-functional teams & establishing beneficial relationships with key players in the industry. His experience spans Europe, Americas and Asiapac wherein he had launched and created large business operations for Global ITeS/IT majors. Abhishek is a Harvard Business School alumnus, with Advance Management qualification and a Silver Medallist MBA, in Marketing. He is also the winner of prestigious Jawaharlal Nehru Research Fellowship (Young Scientist Award-1993) and had worked at Bhabha Atomic Research Centre, (BARC) India - in the area of Superconductivity.
