Sales Capability
Currently HEROtsc has a sales capability across 300 advisors split across 5 outbound campaigns included B2C and B2B. We are experienced in Utilities, Telecoms, Entertainment and Financial Services.
Team Managers are focused purely on the development of sales within the teams and all administration duties are handled by a governance manager.
The senior managers are from outbound backgrounds both within outsourcing and in-house operations, with experience in customer retention and up-sell. Apart from the day to day achievement of results we also work with our clients to add extra value in the form of product and process development, preferring to adopt a partnership approach and sharing the goals and objectives.
HEROtsc has its own internal Sales Academy that delivers an authentic selling experience.

Performance Management
Performance management is conducted using a consistent and robust framework regardless of campaign or tenure (once initial 3 months completed) all advisors and team managers are measured against standard campaign targets or team average dependant on campaign.
All advisors experience performance management regardless of performance level, additional support and coaching is provided where performance falls below the desired level; however continued underperformance is managed through the company disciplinary process if all coaching and support efforts for those concerned fails to deliver the desired results from the individual concerned. An option open to the person concerned if it is purely an inability to meet with the demanding skills and tenacity a sales role requires is to transfer into one of our other existing clients operations in a less demanding role.
HEROtsc however prefer to manage people up and in to the business and as a result target the Team Manager population with a 4 hour coaching target per day. All coaching is documented and signed for by the advisor. Team Managers also have a coaching qualifier in their bonus scheme.
