Greenock Staff Take Their First Live Calls!
Delighted Greenock contact centre workers were officially back in action as HEROtsc’s staff took their first live calls for new client Sky on November 5th.
Just over three weeks after HEROtsc broke the news that the site would be re-opening it was the start of business as usual as the operation went live.
Sharing the delight of his staff was HEROtsc CEO David Turner who praised the magnificent effort of the company’s support departments in getting the site up and running again so quickly.
He said: “After weeks of hard work and dedication from all involved, Greenock has now fully rejoined the HEROtsc family.
“It was a very sad day when we had to close the site in mid-summer but I never doubted that we had a great workforce in Greenock and it is a pleasure to welcome back many of our old colleagues and welcome on board our new members of staff as they start work for Sky.
“I look forward to us delivering our usual high quality service for our new client – but would stress this is just the beginning of a new and exciting chapter in the life of HEROtsc in Greenock.
“We have more new staff to take on board and train and we look to them to grow our business here. It is a very exciting time.”
