HEROtsc nominated in five industry oscars award categories

The industry ‘Oscars’ judges have named HEROtsc as finalists in the following categories:
European Call Centre Awards 2010
Customer Contact Association Global Excellence Awards 2010
Judges in both award organisations based their decision to shortlist HEROtsc in the above categories for the company’s “clear and structured policy on staff input to strategy,” “good use of flexible working practices,” “clearly portrayed performance against target,” and “a willingness to be involved and improve customer and employee experience.”
Judges will soon carry out 45-minute verification calls, scores of which will be added to points gained from the company’s written submissions as well as visiting the HEROtsc sites to conduct an audit of the company’s shortlisted submissions.
HEROtsc CEO David Turner said “I applaud all our people in the HEROtsc family, each of whom has played a part in helping us to reach the finals of these prestigious awards.
“The shortlisted submissions in these five categories are a real recognition of their endeavours, hard work and professionalism through a year of significant change.
“The judges’ decision to enter us into the finals of these awards pays testimony to our ability to make a real difference for our clients and their customers, and the communities in which we operate. Fingers crossed that these efforts and this level of commitment will be acknowledged both at the European and Excellence awards later this year.”
The winners will be announced at the following gala venues:
ECCA - 21 September, Hilton Metropole, Birmingham
CCA - 16 November, Hilton Hotel, Glasgow.
