HEROtsc provide telemarketing and contact centre services to blue-chip clients within a number of different vertical markets.
Core markets to the HEROtsc business are Utilities, Mobile Telecommunications and Financial Services, where we have gained significant experience in each. Our strategic aim is to further develop these relationships to provide full BPO services to these key markets, while gaining market-share in areas such as entertainment, public sector, leisure, retail and technology.
We currently manage circa 50 million customer interactions on behalf of our clients every year across the globe. Our service footprint extends from Europe through to the United States, India and Australia. We are experts in customer management, with a depth of experience within the mobile telecoms and financial services sectors specifically.
HEROtsc currently has a total of 3,000+ employees across our UK & Indian locations. HEROtsc has a track record of developing and growing long-term mutually beneficial relationships with clients across a range of industry verticals.
We have deployed a Business Manager model to ensure each client and client priorities are accorded the necessary attention to secure success for all. The Business Manager is the Managing Director for his client responsibility is devolved from the Chief Operating Officer to deliver service, contractual and commercial objectives. The Business Manager is a dedicated resource, working for the best interests of his client and free from the distraction of competing client requirements.
In addition to this management model, where we provide services to client competitors, HEROtsc also ensure location exclusivity - no two competing organisations share the same physical location. It is through these mechanisms that HEROtsc are ideally positioned to deliver our clients’ objectives on a consistent basis and avoid resource and/or priority conflicts, which might otherwise influence final outcomes.
