HEROtsc was formed in 1994 with a vision to provide best-in-class contact centre services and technology solutions. Since then, HEROtsc has expanded quickly to create eight contact centres throughout Scotland, bringing employment to rural communities.

Our commitment to excellence has established HEROtsc as Scotland's leading contact centre company and a leading provider of highly innovative business solutions and services, for which we have won many awards. In 2005, HEROtsc moved into England with the acquisition of it’s Dearne Valley operation.

In 2007 TSC was acquired by the HERO group and together with its modern contact and business outsourcing centre in Gurgaon, near New Delhi, India, we now provide a variety of voice and BPO services to India, the USA, Australia as well as the UK markets.
